Terms of Service

Agreement to terms

Accessing the site, adding products to cart, or completing checkout counts as acceptance of these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

• If you disagree with any clause, do not continue to browse or complete an order.
• We may update the terms. The most recent version always controls future orders.

Service availability

We operate globally but reserve the right to restrict quantities or suspend access where regulations, fraud prevention, or logistics make fulfillment unreasonable.

Accurate information

Provide correct name, billing data, VAT details, and delivery instructions. We may pause or cancel orders when information looks incomplete or inconsistent.

Security expectations

Immediately notify us at security@nurao.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all actions taken through your credentials until we receive the alert.

Wholesale seats

Admin users may invite additional operators. Each invitee must accept these same terms and maintain their own secure credentials.

Quotations & availability

Cart totals are quotations until payment is captured. Inventory is confirmed only after successful authorization or invoice approval.

Payment methods

We accept major cards via Stripe, bank transfer for curated orders, and cash on arrival for eligible shipments up to $1000 per order.

Taxes & duties

Displayed prices include VAT where required. Import duties may apply outside Kosovo and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Invoice accuracy

If you notice an error, contact finance@nurao.com within 5 days so we can correct the document and compliance filings.

Lead times

Most in-stock items ship within 2 business days. Custom or pre-order items specify lead times on the product page.

Risk of loss

Risk transfers when the carrier marks the package as delivered. Report visible damage within 48 hours so we can launch an investigation.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund method

Refunds go back to the original payment method once we inspect the returned item. Cash-on-arrival orders receive bank transfers only.

Brand assets

Logos, copy, photography, 3D files, and product specs remain NURAO intellectual property. Use them only with written permission or aligned wholesale agreements.

Platform restrictions

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, inject scripts, scrape massive amounts of data, or override purchasing limits. Automated monitoring is in place.

Content contributions

When you submit reviews or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and translate that content across marketing channels.

Warranty scope

Products ship with the manufacturer’s warranty. We guarantee they match the specification described at the time of purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NURAO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the price you paid for the affected order.

Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Pristina, unless mandatory consumer protections specify otherwise.

Informal resolution

Before filing a claim, email resolutions@nurao.com so we can attempt a calm, documented solution within 15 days.
